A1: Our ultrasonic dog repellents for all types and sizes of dogs from 6 months to 8 years. Our device is to correct the bad behavior of dogs through sound. The hearing of dogs over 8 years old has begun to decline; while the auditory system of puppies under 6 months has not yet fully developed.

Q2: Is this device safe for dogs?
A2: This product is designed to guide dogs to proper behavior. The initial use may be stressful for some dogs, but not traumatic for all dogs. Appropriate appeasement when necessary. We do not recommend using this product on dogs that are not misbehaving.
Q3: Do you have to press and hold the button, or do you press it once and it emits the sound for a set period of time? If pressed and hold, does it immediately stop when the button is released?

A4: When the battery is lower than 20%, a red light will be displayed when using any function; When the battery is lower than 5%, if you continue to use the product, the status light will stay on for 5 seconds, and then auto power off; The red light will keep flashing when the charging cable is plugged in; until the status light turns blue, which means the device is finished charging.
